Delivrables

Reports

Axis 1 produced the following deliverables:

  • metadata describing the satellite indices used by the TRACES project. This metadata is available online at: https://traces-gn.unepgrid.ch/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/search?facet.q=type%2Fdataset
  • A report documenting the three selected study areas. This report is available at: https://archive-ouverte.unige.ch/unige:189278

Axis 3 produced three reports as deliverables:

  • The first report describes a comparative analysis of thesauri in environmental sciences. It is available at: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-05340447
  • The second report proposes an analysis and application of the DPSIR model to the environmental issue under consideration. It is available at: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-05340543
  • The third report presents a study on the use of agentic AI and LLMs for the generation of environmental ontologies. It is available at: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-05340472

Axis 4 produced two reports as deliverables:

  • The first is devoted to methods for detecting change points in time series. It is available at: https://archive-ouverte.unige.ch/unige:189314
  • The second report focuses on machine learning methods for prediction in time series. It is available at: https://archive-ouverte.unige.ch/unige:189315

Datasets

Axis 1 produced a set of time series measurements (data and associated metadata) extracted from the Swiss Data Cube, covering the observation period 1985-2022, for around 30 satellite indices and for the 317 municipalities considered. This dataset is available at: https://doi.org/10.26037/yareta:k74zu427ujdxjbfgeodjwguiga

Axis 2 produced the following deliverables:

  • the SETT ontology dedicated to the environmental trajectories of territories. This ontology is available in HTML format at: http://purl.org/sett and in turtle format at : https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/milonfld/danielafe7_phd/-/tree/main/SeTT/3_SeTT_Ontology_Population/1_SeTT_Ontology?ref_type=heads
  • the knowledge graph of the semantic environmental trajectories of territories for the three study areas (Évian, Fribourg, and Greater Geneva). This knowledge graph in RDF format is available at https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/milonfld/danielafe7_phd/-/tree/main/SeTT/3_SeTT_Ontology_Population/2_SeTT_KG_Production/Output_SeTT_KG?ref_type=heads
  • a set of standard SPARQL queries for querying the entire knowledge graph of the semantic environmental trajectories of territories. Queries can be executed via a SPARQL endpoint accessible at: http://steamerlod.imag.fr/repositories/TracesSemanticTrajectories. A demo is available online here.

Axis 3 produced a DPSIR ontology tailored to the objectives of the TRACES project. This ontology is available online at: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-05340543

Axis 4 produced two datasets:

  • One for testing methods for detecting change points in time series, described in the report also produced as a deliverable. This dataset is available at: https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/steamer/traces-prci/-/tree/main/GRID_TEIs?ref_type=heads
  • The other is used to test machine learning methods for prediction in time series, as described in the report also produced as a deliverable. This dataset is available at: https://owncloud.unepgrid.ch/index.php/s/PNn5WHdryeObQhS

Axis 5 produced three agent-based models that were designed and developed, along with the associated data:

  • An agent-based model and associated data for commuter journeys on the TCMC section (Cornavin-Meyrin-CERN tramway). The model is available at: https://gitlab.unige.ch/cas/Flann_ABM/ANS_TCMC_ABM
  • An agent-based model and associated data for DPSIR analysis of residential choices based on public transport provision. The model and data are available at: https://gitlab.unige.ch/cas/Flann_ABM/phd_files/-/tree/main/backup3/DPSIR-model-webapp?ref_type=heads
  • An agent-based model to simulate the historical development and future evolution of the public transport network in Greater Geneva. The model and data are available at: https://gitlab.unige.ch/cas/Flann_ABM/kg-abm

Scripts and code

Axis 1 delivered:

  • Python scripts developed for extracting the SWISS Data Cube data used to develop semantic environmental trajectories for the 30 or so indices considered and for the 317 municipalities over the observation period. These scripts are available at: https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/steamer/traces-prci/-/tree/main/GRID_TEIs/scripts?ref_type=heads
  • Python scripts developed as part of the study “cluster and correlation analyses for the TRACES project” conducted by Yang Y. These scripts are available at:

Axis 2 delivered:

  • The framework code for generating SETT knowledge graphs from data extracted from the SWISS Data Cube. This code is available at: https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/milonfld/danielafe7_phd/-/tree/main/SeTT?ref_type=heads
  • The code for the TracesViz web application, which allows users to view and compare the semantic environmental trajectories generated. This code is available at: https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/steamer/traces-viz
  • Online access to the TracesViz application is available at: https://traces-viz-717c32.gricad-pages.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/.
